1. How quickly will my order be shipped?
This can vary depending on the item. Usually it's within 2 business days for ready to wear designs, unless otherwise noted in the product listing. If despatch will take longer than this I will usually contact you.
Made to order designs may take up to one week, as indicated on the product listing. Bespoke designs can be 2-3 weeks, but sometimes longer depending on the season. I always ensure I can meet a customers deadline for bespoke designs before agreeing to the order.
2. How fast is postage?
This depends on where you are located, and what postage service you decide upon. You can find more detailed information on the Shipping Information page .
3. Can I get styling advice or recommendations for my outfit?
We welcome customers asking for suggestions. Send us a photograph of your outfit e may have newly arrived stock, or materials that haven't yet been posted online.
4. How can I be sure that the colour will match?
Firstly, a 100% match is not realistic, nor necessarily desirable. Because the materials used in the fascinators are different to those in clothing, you should aim for the fascinator to 'compliment' your outfit, rather than exactly match.
A suggestion is to copy the product photo onto your computer's clipboard, and paste it side by side next to your outfit. This is the closest thing to trying on the look 'virtually'. Always feel free to ask questions before buying, as returns for change of mind are not offered.
5. Does my fascinator need to match my bag or accessories?
Not necessarily. These days a mix of accessories will avoid your overall look being 'too matchy'. Just be sure that the colours work together, and don't mix too many styles.
6. What if I receive my order but it's not suitable?
Sweetpea Finery does not refund if a customer has changed their mind.
7. Are the photos on the website accurate?
We make every effort to ensure that the product photos accurately portray the style, shape and colour of each design. The photo's are taken and edited personally by Catherine.
These photos are provided for your convenience and as a guide only. Most products are made from natural or man made materials, and therefore some variation should be expected. Additionally, the colours of the products on your screen can be affected by your monitor settings, available light etc.
We invite customers to ask questions prior to purchase if you have any doubts. Or try comparing the image of the fascinator against an image of your outfit on the same screen.
8. Are the products in the photos the exact same items I will receive?
Often yes, but not always. Some items in the photographs are prototypes and we make-to-order. Because natural materials and man-made materials are used some variation is to be expected. These changes won't affect the overall design, quality or integrity of the design.

9. Can I have a design customised?
Yes, we can easily add feathers, trim, or other elements to existing designs to make it coordinate with your outfit. Please send your enquiries to email@example.com
10. Do you offer returns or refunds?
Please choose carefully, as we do not normally accept returns if you change your mind, the goods don't arrive in time, or you've made the wrong selection. We also do not exchange or refund any items that have been custom made, or customised. Our full policy is available on this website.
